Player Rotation System
"WINNERS PLAY-ON"
This system is designed to push the players ability and advance to next level of ones individual ability. This also has a constraint of the total number of courts available.
Considering 2 courts and 12 players:
Total 8 players start 2 doubles' games across 2 courts at the same time (Game Zero) with 4 on the waiting wing
Both the winner teams from Game Zero split up and create a completely new doubles pair formation
The waiting 4 players move to the empty court and start a game (Game One)
Both the runners up teams from Game Zero go back to the waiting wing
The Game One starts at the same time across both the courts
The Winners of Game One from both the courts continue splitting up and mixing to form new doubles pair
The runners up from Game One go back to the waiting wing whilst those in waiting come up to the empty court
The Game Two and subsequent games take(s) place by repeating this process from step no. 2 onwards
PROS:
Automatic New Team Formation and combinations
CONS:
Weaker players may get less number of games
SOLUTION: A Max 2 game continuously clause is put in place so that there is a "Waiting Wing Queue". Every player who has played 2 games in a row comes and joins the waiting queue.

PICK A PEG
This system is designed to give every player an equal opportunity to play. Below mentioned are the rules to use the same.
Ground Rules
It is the responsibility of all members to enforce the overriding policy principle of equal playing time, varied playing partners, and opponents with a fluent mix of genders and skill levels
Experienced members must not only pick other experienced players and vice-versa.
Players must participate when chosen.
If players wish to take an extended break from playing, they must remove their peg from the Playing slide rail and place it in the Resting slide rail.
When wishing to participate again, the peg must be placed back in the Playing slide rail of the board (as mentioned below in Operation - point 3).
Operation
Each player has a peg with their name on it. Women's pegs are coded as pink & Men's pegs are coded as blue
Visitor players (new players) will be given a 'Visitor' peg until they become members
On arrival, retrieve your ‘named peg’ from the Resting slide rail of the board and place it on the Playing slide rail of the board, (i.e.) you should join the end of the queue of players waiting to play (i.e.) furthest right of the Playing slide rail.
The first peg on the Playing slide rail lines up the next 6 pegs and MUST select peg 6 who will become their partner in a team. Two further pegs are chosen from the 6 pegs by the playing pair (please see peg rotation diagram). The selected pegs are then put in the respective court they'll play in. This process is repeated until all available courts are in use.
When a court is freed up, the first in line on the Playing slide rail area removes the pegs of those coming off the court and places them at the end (i.e.) furthest right on the Playing slide. Ensuring the winning pair is placed first and then continues the selection process as mentioned in Point 4.
Should a member find they are consistently playing with the same player(s) or they cannot continue the rotation due to lack of players, please refer to the team leader/committee member who will consider how best to alternative player rotation. Under no circumstances should members move pegs to resolve the issue.
At the discretion of the committee, these guidelines may be varied from time to time to improve rotation
